Harbour Central Marine Precinct

The concept of a new marine precinct is being promoted by the Tauranga City Council (TCC) and Priority One.
The proposal is a marine business park sited on 5.1ha of TCC owned land adjacent to the new harbour bridge. An economic impact study has forecast up to 520 new jobs and over $100 million of revenue into the economy each year. Priority One have published a Request for Expressions of Interest from developers and investors.
