MTEC recently obtained consent for Pukeroa Properties for a new trade based commercial development for Rotorua.

The local Rotorua retail and trade sector will enjoy a boost with the news MTEC recently obtained consent for Pukeroa Properties for the development of a trade based commercial development on the corner of Amohau and Pukuatua Streets.

The proposed development includes Mitre 10 Mega and other associated trade and hospitality stores.

Construction will commence shortly for a mid 2012 opening.
