The new Rotorua District Plan has generated a lot of discussion in the community. 

The new Rotorua District Plan has generated a lot of discussion in the community.  MTEC has assisted the Chamber of Commerce with the background papers and workshop discussions with Chamber members.

MTEC lodged a significant number of the 360 responses to the draft plan published for initial comments only.

Summaries of the feedback will be reviewed by elected members in October 2011, and there will be a further round of community input in the new year.
