Proposed District Plans

WBOPDC released their decisions on the proposed plan at the end of January 2010 – The appeal period closed in March.
Several appeals have been lodged with the Environment Court, it is expected that Council will begin mediation within the coming months. Tauranga City Council has begun hearings on its new City Plan.
Rotorua is preparing to notify its Proposed Plan in October.
