Pilot Papakainga Project

MTEC is involved with a pilot partnership between Housing Corporation and Mangatawa-Papamoa Blocks Inc. to provide community housing adjacent to the Mangatawa Marae.
The project will involve housing for kuia and kaumatua, shareholders and Housing Corporation rental clients. MTEC is proud to have been selected to provide planning and engineering services for this project.
