Largest Private Plan for Gisborne

Citrus Grove Ltd has made application to Gisborne District Council for a private plan change to provide for integrated urban development zones (residential, rural lifestyle and business) for land at Makaraka.
The proposal is the largest development project there has been in Gisborne. MTEC is the lead consultant and is providing resource management and project management services as part of the application team. A hearing is expected mid–year.
