The RPS is an important planning document for the Bay of Plenty as it sets the high level policy for the region and all other plans (including District Plans) have to be consistent with it.

The first round of submissions to the RPS has closed.  The next step is that a summary of the submissions will be published and it will be possible to make further submissions in support or opposition to an original submission.
