MTEC Consultants recently obtained approval from the Ruapehu DC for the Central Plateau Developments Ltd subdivision on the corner of SH47 and SH46, Rotoaira, near National Park. 

The 31 lot lifestyle lot subdivision on rural land is a high-end development pitched towards holiday home accommodation.  MTEC work on the resource consent meant there were no negative submissions to the development which was a great outcome for Central Plateau Developments Ltd.  Construction is proposed to commence in 2011.
