Tauranga City Plan

Hearings on submissions to the Tauranga City Plan have concluded and the majority of decisions are expected in February.
Western Bay of Plenty decisions on its District Plan are subject to appeals and discussions and mediation are underway. Contentious issues that MTEC are involved with are the provisions for rural subdivision and the Post-Harvest zone provisions.
