Parklands

The Project
Plan change proposal to convert farmland to 34 rural residential lots on the outskirts of Rotorua.

Our Approach
Collaborative approach to design with landscape architects to integrate house sites within the sloping backdrop to Rotorua and establish extensive re-vegetation.

Project Outcome/Solution
A prestige subdivision that gives great views and outlook, provides re-vegetation to avoid visual intrusion and nutrient run off into the sensitive Lake Rotorua catchment.
