Parewaitai Estates Ltd

The Project
150 lot staged residential subdivision.  Several stages were developed to the requirements of a housing company.  The latest stage is designed as a retirement village, with villas and apartments, a rest-home and hospital.

Our Approach
We provided master planning for the whole site, subdivision design – several stages of convential design and several working in conjunction with Generation Developments to design sites for particular dwellings, and design and layout of the village.  We have provided resource consents, engineering design, construction supervision, contact administration, land transfer surveys, project management.

A well designed mixed density residential development with a range of attributes for different living environments.
