The Project
Conversion of dairy farm to kiwifruit orchard.

Our Approach
To get involved early in the kiwifruit layout and subdivision design to maximise return.  GPS was used to set out orchards to obtain correct orientation and flexibility in the future.

Project Outcome/Solution
A staged development to separate out usable horticulture land from grazing land.  
Limited discretionary resource consents were obtained.  
The final result being a 12 Lot subdivision.
