The Project
64 Lot Residential Subdivision

Our Approach
The overland flowpath through the site posed the main problem.  Addressing this issue at the design stage was critical to the outcome.

Project Outcome/Solution
The design incorporated open space for drainage and ponding overcoming stormwater issues.  The result a subdivision that was north facing maximising lots and aspect.
