The Project
90 lot residential subdivision with common areas for landscaped open space, tennis, pool, pavilion, library.

Our Approach
Design co-operation with landscape architects to produce a mixed density design with extensive shared open spaces and retention of significant existing landscaping.  We provided resource consent and engineering design, construction supervision, certification and land transfer surveys.

Project Outcome/Solution
A residential development that is considered a highly desirable place to live and is well regarded as a showcase residential address in Tauranga.
